Waracle agreed a deal to acquire Inov8 Consulting in mid-2026.
As we progress towards Q4 2026, we are excited to announce that we are now one team across five offices delivering digital products underpinned by data infrastructure trusted by millions of people.
Waracle’s expertise in computer vision, machine learning, data science and generative AI proof-of-concepts, combined with Inov8’s strengths in data platform migration, data engineering, BI and analytics, and agentic systems and products, will create a new standard of delivery for ambitious and innovative clients.
Waracle and Inov8 have been collaborating to deliver on behalf of our clients for the last four months, and as we bid a fond farewell to the Inov8 consulting brand, we look forward to further growth as one unified organisation.
