Waracle’s new home on Love Loan

Waracle has officially landed at Love Loan. We’ve traded the traditional office for a flagship collaborative hub in the Glasgow City Innovation District - a space designed to inspire our people, empower our clients, and redefine how world-class digital products are built.

We create digital products that millions of people trust and want to use every day. The exact same principle applies to where we work – if you want people to collaborate, innovate, and do career-defining work, you have to build an environment they want to be in.

That is why we are incredibly proud to announce the opening of Waracle’s new Glasgow headquarters, located right in the heart of the city’s newest and most exciting neighbourhood: Love Loan.

You can now find us at 4 Love Loan, 40 North Frederick Street, just a stone’s throw from George Square and sitting squarely within the Glasgow City Innovation District.

Why Love Loan?

Choosing a new office, for us, is a statement of intent.

Love Loan is a £125 million urban regeneration project by the Chris Stewart Group that breathes new life into a historic part of the city. It connects North Frederick Street and John Street, blending Glasgow’s rich heritage with a focus on sustainability and community. It’s a true “day-to-night” destination, sharing the neighbourhood with the new AC Hotel by Marriott, alongside residential spaces, restaurants, and leisure spots.

For Waracle, moving into a prime, high-standard redevelopment area like this is a reflection of our commitment to investment in Glasgow. We know that the future of work relies on collaborative spaces, places that foster real connection rather than just providing rows of desks and monitors.

What the team has to say about our move

We don’t believe we get anywhere without unity and bringing others with us. Creating value and a great culture means working together in person. Here is what the move means for our people on the ground in Glasgow.

On the environment and culture:

Bryony Weir, Senior Casting Partner:

“Our new Glasgow office has much more space for working within our teams and being able to enjoy the central location and surroundings. With our new office being within the Glasgow Innovation District, this is a prime location for hosting clients and tech professionals and collaborating on new and exciting projects together.”

Andrew Bruce, Senior Product Manager

“Love Loan is a really flexible space for us to use, in a fantastic central location within the city. It allows us to host a broad range of exciting events, both for our clients and our communities, as well as being able to welcome more of our own team into the office.”

Jenna Burke, Talent Attraction Partner:

“I think our new Glasgow office really reflects the kind of culture we’re building. It’s an open, warm, and collaborative space with a great sense of energy where everyone can really connect and feel comfortable. When it comes to welcoming new talent that’s what makes a real difference, helping people settle in quickly and feel part of the team from day one.”

Karri Morgan, Head of Casting:

“Our move to Love Loan is an exciting step up. Glasgow is packed with incredible talent and innovation, and this new environment allows us to collaborate much more closely with our clients and each other. Thanks to areas like our flexible Floor 4 “Barras” space for large meetings and events, we’re tapping into that vibrant energy to raise the bar and produce our best work yet.”

What this means for Waracle:

Sharon Dickie, Chief Operating Officer:

“We believe in enjoying the journey and Waracle’s new flagship office in Glasgow is the ultimate place to do it. We’ve built an environment that inspires creativity, fosters craft excellence, and is a lot of fun to be in. It’s the perfect foundation for our growth, helping us stay connected and keep making it count for our clients.”

David Tuck, CEO:

“I’m delighted to launch our new Glasgow home at Love Loan! Being the first tech company in the heart of the Innovation District is a major milestone for Waracle. This new space is designed for collaboration and creativity – it’s an environment where our people, our clients, and the wider tech community can come together.”

Take a look around

We’re located across the top two floors of the development, and the space has been thoughtfully designed from the ground up to support modern working and deep collaborative work. The design breaks down traditional office barriers, embodying our commitment to working in the open and building cross-functional connections.

The layout features flexible working zones, dedicated meeting areas for client workshops, social spaces, and huddle areas equipped with the latest technology (of course!).

  • Collaboration & connection – Meeting spaces and multiple meeting rooms facilitate everything from quick catch-ups to full team days. For breaks and socialising, we have two kitchen areas and seating areas.

  • Focus & flexibility – The open-plan environment is balanced with quiet zones and private call pods, ensuring the team has the right setting for intensive coding sprints or major strategy sessions. All workstations feature adjustable standing desks to promote well-being and flexibility.

  • The view – With expansive city views and a focus on natural light, the office is bright and energetic. Our team can also take a break on the balcony, overlooking Glasgow’s landmarks – perfect for soaking up the Scottish sunshine!

A foundation for the future

This new headquarters is an investment in our people, our clients, and the city of Glasgow itself. As we continue to grow our teams and expand our capabilities throughout our 2028 roadmap, we need spaces that attract top-tier talent and empower them to build digital products trusted by millions.

Our vision is to be the UK’s best digital product consultancy. Having physical hubs like Love Loan anchors us and guides us towards ambitious objectives. It provides a base where we can foster organisational integrity, work in the open, and remain completely transparent with each other and our partners.

We are settling in, the coffee machines are officially up and running, and the ideas are flowing!

If you are in the area, or if you’re leading a regulated organisation and looking to kick off your next digital initiative, let us know. We’d love to welcome you to Love Loan.
