This is a Hybrid role working from our Sofia office 2 days a week, offering you the perfect balance of collaborative in-person connection and focused remote flexibility.
Key Aspects of the Role
As a Senior .Net Developer, you’ll be a technical pillar within your squad, focusing on the design and delivery of end-to-end features and subsystems. We believe that great software is built through collaboration and high craft standards.
In this role, you won’t just write code; you will help shape our technical direction, mentor aspiring developers, and ensure our solutions are modular, inclusive, and scalable. If you enjoy solving puzzles and empowering others to grow, you’ll fit right into the team!
Duties of this role include:
- Technical Excellence: Designing and delivering end-to-end features while optimising for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Collaborative Leadership: Leading specific workstreams and mentoring junior colleagues in both technical craft and professional processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translating complex technical trade-offs into plain language and confidently presenting demos to help shape tactical direction for our clients.
- Community Building: Contributing to our Community of Practice and representing Waracle’s culture in recruitment and interview panels.
What you'll bring
- 3+ experience delivering complex digital products, with deep expertise in .NET and Angular, building scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions.
- Strong experience designing and developing cloud-based applications using Azure, with an understanding of modern architecture patterns and best practices.
- Strong understanding of solid principles, clean code practices, maintainability, and security standards.
- A collaborative and supportive mentoring style, providing constructive feedback through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

It’s also a great opportunity for us to get a high-level overview of your technical background.
After that, you’ll be invited to a two-stage interview process where you have an opportunity to find out more about the role and showcase your skills and experience. Your Talent Attraction Partner will guide you through the whole process to your first day with us.
