This is a Hybrid role working from our Glasgow, Dundee or London office 2 days a week.

Technical Architecture: Defining squad-level technical architecture and selecting the most effective frameworks for project success.

What you'll bring
- Versatile Technical Leadership: A proven track record of guiding teams across diverse technology stacks, with the ability to choose the most effective tool for each unique challenge.
- Fullstack Proficiency: A balanced, extensive background in both Frontend (React, Vue, or Next.js) and Backend (.NET/C# or Node.js) systems.
- Architectural Expertise: Demonstrated experience in defining technical architecture and managing the technical debt roadmap.
- Strategic Communication: A proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate complex business goals into actionable engineering tasks.
- Dedicated Mentorship: A strong commitment to mentoring, developing engineering talent, and instilling defensive coding principles across the team.
