This is a Full-Time (37.5 hours) role with a Hybrid working model, welcoming people to collaborate from our Glasgow or Dundee hubs.

Key Aspects of the Role Include
- Empowering Frameworks: Independently choosing and tailoring Agile delivery frameworks to best fit your team’s unique context and needs.
- Inclusive Facilitation: Cultivating open dialogue by leading essential ceremonies (planning, refinement, retro, and RAID reviews) and listening actively to ensure everyone’s voice is heard.
- Insightful Metrics: Monitoring progress and telling the story behind the data to help teams continuously optimise their ways of working.
- Commercial & Stakeholder Alignment: Partnering closely with clients, understanding their unique constraints, and proactively managing budgets, risk, and scope with clear, transparent communication.
- Welcoming Onboarding: Creating a smooth, holistic welcome for new team members so they have the community, tools, and context to thrive from day one.

- Proven Experience: A background in guiding Agile delivery teams and facilitating core ceremonies with a people-first mindset.
- Commercial Aptitude: Comfort managing project budgets and balancing commercial impact with excellent value delivery.
- Tool Proficiency: Great familiarity with Jira and advanced delivery tracking tools to keep work flowing smoothly
- Relationship Building: Exceptional emotional intelligence, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
