This is a Hybrid role working from our Sofia office 2 days a week.

Key aspects of the role:

In this position, you will report to the Casting Partner and focus on maintaining our “single source of truth” for staffing and skills. Your work ensures that every team member’s skills are visible and valued, supporting a culture of advocacy and professional growth.

Duties of this role include:

  • Forecasting & Data Hygiene: Updating supply forecast sheets and entering project codes and staffing data into our PSA system with high accuracy.
  • Bench Tracking: Monitoring current bench status and flagging unassigned resources to the Resourcing Lead to ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute.
  • Skill Maintenance: Keeping our skills matrix vibrant and up-to-date, ensuring our specialists’ expertise is tagged correctly for future projects.
  • Collaborative Communication: Responding promptly to casting requests and working with management to resolve any conflicting needs.
  • Commercial & Process Support: Maintaining a basic awareness of margin goals while suggesting small, impactful improvements to our trackers and templates.
  • Cultural Advocacy: Promoting fair and inclusive allocation decisions and supporting open, honest communication across all teams.
