With a 5 year R&D contract signed with Roche, Nye wanted to expand their solution offering but as a new startup, needed better product research and validation processes, and the benefit of experience to validate product ideas before construction. Ultimately, the objective was to deliver value to the client and users - but also to maintain engagement and motivation internally to create a sense of achievement for the team and its stakeholders.
Waracle provided Nye with “Product and Design as a service” spanning a variety of skill sets as needed across the engagement. The Waracle team worked at the senior leadership level to advise on the product strategy and direction, conducting extensive and compliant research to inform decisions on which features would proceed and which to delay or drop. Research involved finding patients and stakeholders with very specific sensitive backgrounds so was not taken lightly.
Creation of a new engagement service for patients at the start of the condition work to promote diagnosis for early stage MCI and dementia. A defined product strategy and structured process for ongoing discovery, aligned with a new, rigorous research and analysis process to allow fast validation and adoption of new ideas.
