THE POSITION

DYNAMIC SCRUM MASTER REQUIRED TO LEAD ASPECTS OF AGILE / SCRUM SOFTWARE PROJECTS THROUGH THE FULL PROJECT LIFECYCLE BASED IN EDINBURGH.

The role can be permanent or contract.

We are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master with a development background to run and deliver a stream of cutting edge fintech projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering software projects in an Agile Environment, and be customer focused and be passionate about delivering quality software. You will be working on cutting edge projects with a passionate and talented team.

 

Key Skills / Experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demanding requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role (Product Owner, Project Manager or Scrum Master)
  • Able to build a solid customer relationship
  • Ability to understand the needs of the individual team member and show awareness of when and where to apply motivation
  • Passionate about User Experience and creating great digital products
  • Able to prioritise product backlog and communicate to devs and client alike.

Desirable Knowledge / Experience

  • Mobile Apps and latest technology trends
  • Working on iOS and Android development projects
  • Launching Apps through AppStore and PlayStore
  • Running Alpha and Beta testing through Testflight and Google Play Beta
  • Current smartphone trends.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
