This position will be based from our Glasgow office and is open to both permanent and contract candidates.
As the Technical Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end technical delivery of projects – a proven track record of delivery in a cross functional agile team is essential.
You’ll be passionate about Agile and guiding the team towards self-organisation while removing impediments. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy promoting and supporting Scrum. You’ll be passionate about delivering happy customers, a team player, able to communicate clearly to stakeholders & will be commercially aware. Problem solving will come naturally to you and you will be motivated by making things happen. Your high energy will drive performance within your teams.
Experience motivating and leading teams in a highly technical, enterprise environment
Hands-on experience working within a technical team environment, such as development or testing
Being a clear communicator at all levels of our organisation
Problem solving and making analytical decisions
Organising and prioritising workloads
Proven experience working in an ever changing Agile environment with demanding requirements
