Waracle is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to help grow our amazing business by tailoring solutions market leading innovative mobile and digital technologies for clients across multiple sectors.

It’s an amazing time to join our team and you’ll be supported by a rapidly growing team of experienced specialists in design research, UX, UI, Scrum, product, data and cyber security, alongside developers specialising in native, hybrid and web technologies.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, negotiator and influencer. You’ll have experience in selling software solutions or professional services within large and enterprise clients. You will be effective in identifying trends and making recommendations based on your insight and the opinions of colleagues and contacts. You’ll be continually looking for new ways of working to augment the impact of your efforts – experimenting, researching and executing your plans to deliver sales success. You’ll be a hardworking, tenacious team player and you will approach change with a positive outlook, identifying the potential opportunities presented by that change.
The role includes day to day new business development and the ability to effectively and constructively engage with enterprise clients. The ability to work in partnership with marketing, design & development colleagues is essential. This will require excellent written and verbal communication skills & knowledge of digital technologies.

Identify industry opportunities
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets – focused on new business
Implementing and managing a strategic sales plan Building and promoting strong, long-lasting client relationships
Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Working across multiple departments to uncover new growth opportunities
At least 5 years of successful experience as a sales manager and/or director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Experience within a digital agency or technology specialists company
Knowledge in servicing high-end revenue and enterprise accounts
Goal oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
In depth knowledge of one or more verticals
Proven ability to drive the sales process from inception to close
Exceptional professional interpersonal and communication skills and adhere to the highest ethical standards
