Waracle are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our talented Digital Health team. You will have the opportunity to work on a new, cutting edge project which transforms the lives of patients across the globe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering happy customers, a team player, have excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in an agile mobile development project.
This position can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK and is open to both contractor and permanent candidates.
Be the bridge between the development team, product managers and stakeholders
Organising and leading Scrum ceremonies
Maintain team focus on delivery, within project constraints (time, budget, scope etc)
Facilitate continuous improvement in team performance, efficiency, quality
Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by supporting the team and helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress
Adding Data Processing workflows to the project pipeline and working closely with the Data Science team
Coaching the development team in self-organisation.
Helping to remove obstacles to the developers’ progress.
Keeping stakeholders up to date on the progress of the scrum team’s projects.
Background working in a highly technical and analytical environment
Experience working on iOS and Android development projects
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform
Ability and confidence to adapt Agile principles to a new situation
Interest in Mobile Apps and latest technology trends
Previous exposure to Data heavy or Machine Learning projects and working closely with Data Scientists, Analysts and Engineers
