At Waracle, we’re on a mission to make life more mobile. To achieve our bold vision of becoming Europe’s biggest mobile app developer, we’re looking for a motivated, self-starter who wants to learn more about the sales cycle in a digital agency. 

We’re experts when it comes to helping enterprise brands from the world of health and finance achieve their digital aims. This means we’re often working on requests for proposals and client briefs. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact in this process. Working with our cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll be responsible for supporting, coordinating and driving forward the response process. This means you’ll be naturally organisational and project driven. 

Day-to-day, you’ll be learning more about the sales process, as well as disciplines like marketing and the world of fintech and healthtec. Working alongside our subject matter experts (SME) during the bid lifecycle, you’ll learn by osmosis, building your knowledge. It’s important working on multiple proposals at a time doesn’t phase you. Thus, you should be able to balance a workload and deal with pressure.

As you grow in your knowledge of the business and our services, you will begin to contribute to bids and develop into an instrumental part of the commercial function. Therefore, It’s important you enjoy a challenge, can creatively problem solve and have good writing skills. 




  • Working with our commercial team to execute our sales strategy
  • Facilitating and coordinating our sales processes
  • Forming bid teams with SMEs and keeping a rhythm in delivery
  • Tracking timely delivery of responses 
  • Over time, help get bids of the ground by adding relevant responses
  • Creating and maintaining a library of “Good Answers”
  • Developing libraries of existing responses 
  • Proofreading for core values and tone of voice in responses
  • Developing an understanding of the projects we’ve delivered for customers and our service offerings
  • Identify and manage bid portals
