This position will be permanent and you will be working remotely but can be based from any of our offices once we return to the office.
As a Resource Manager you’ll be passionate about attracting and engaging top talent and thrive in an ever-changing and experimental environment. You will be a born explorer of new and emerging techniques in talent acquisition, great at sharing your know-how and working within a team.
In a typical week you will be responsible for:
Drafting adverts and job descriptions
Evaluating candidates in line with business requirements
Shortlist and conduct first stage interviews and organise ability tests
Create, manage and maintain a solid network and pipeline of talent
Promote the business and its career opportunities by the most effective means of advertising
Continuously improve and maintain company social media sites in order to fully engage with potential applicants and attract new followers
Manage the process from job offer to contract of employment
Communicate well with hiring managers and clients
Relationship management experience
Working to deadlines
Exceptional customer service
Understanding of the Tech industry and a passion for digital innovation and mobile applications
Candidate attraction using social and digital media
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience within a fast paced recruitment environment
