As a Delivery Principal Consultant at Waracle, you will lead cross-functional teams of experts from concept and discovery to delivery. You will be a seasoned leader with several years of relevant experience, have excellent communication skills and love to inspire and coach teams.

This position will be remote however there will be an expectation that you will be able to travel when necessary to meet clients and attend meetings, UK Wide. This is a permanent position.


  • Experience supporting pre-sales and account teams in crafting exciting proposals that bring our client's vision and ambitions to life.
  • An understanding of the delivery challenges organisations face in digital and technology spaces and confidently help our clients navigate these waters.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, e.g. CIO, CTO, PMO, and gain the confidence of key stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner with clients to formulate and deliver exceptional business value through outstanding custom-built products, services and enterprise solutions.
  • Experience taking a client’s needs and challenges and partnering with them to formulate roadmaps and plans that support business strategies and goals.
  • The skills needed to ensure that the experience of working with Waracle exceeds expectations at every stage of our engagements and across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in managing scope and risks throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Focus on putting customer and teams’ needs ahead of your own.
  • An understanding of the practical application of design-thinking, agile, lean, continuous delivery and DevOps in developing technology-enabled products and services.
  • The confidence to go back to the drawing board with a problem and willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities to ensure the job gets done.
  • The experience needed to step into a new client's business to assess, remediate and reassure on challenging projects with a team of Waracle experts.
  • Attention to recognising and sharing fantastic work, innovations and impacts that are delivered for clients with others in Waracle.
  • Experience building a positive, healthy and productive team culture.
  • Extensive background in product, project and program management.
  • An understanding of the importance of taking people along on the journey and can influence and coach those around you to orchestrate team success.
  • The determination to drive Waracles thought-leadership on delivery related topics.
