From initial meetings with prospective clients to proposal preparation, estimation and pitching. You ascertain both business and technical requirements. You will be a key individual within the business, with great opportunity for growth and your role is quite simply to make our clients solutions, and therefore outcomes, exceptional.

This is a high profile role within the team as you work closely with other functions such as Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Service Delivery. The ability to create and plug into your own internal network within the business across different functions is key so the ability to build internal and external relationships will be a critical component of success within this position.

You will provide exceptional service in scoping, qualifying, estimating and pitching to prospective clients along with our industry leading sales team. The successful candidate will have an expansive technical and business background, and be able to talk around and explain technical solutions to key stakeholders, with the intention of gaining a positive outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and lead the discussions with customers to define innovative next generation solutions for their business
• Secure input from all customer stakeholders and adapt solution(s) as required to ensure appropriate support
• Support the Sales team to drive revenue and profitability growth – should have a number linked to bonus (team performance linked)
• Pursue additional business development opportunities with customer firms and work with sales to ensure these opportunities are properly advanced
• Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure strong planning and efficient execution of customer projects
