To achieve our bold vision of becoming Europe’s biggest mobile app developer, a brand new role has become available that aligns with the needs of our Insight delivery plan and Insight team accountabilities.
As an Insights Analyst, you’ll be responsible for helping to gather, review and interpret data from a variety of sources to inform our commercial department on the best strategies for growth.
You’ll love interrogating multiple sources of information, be that primary or secondary, publicly available or 1st party. Furthermore, as an inquisitive and analytical thinker, you’ll like digging into the details of what makes industries and markets tick.
You’ll likely have some experience in compiling, synthesising and generating novel insights, whether that’s in another role or in the academic world. Similarly, this role will best suit someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced environment. In a day, you could be conducting desk research on competitor activity, supporting new business proposals with market insights, cataloguing research into easy to find libraries, or supporting our marketing team to delight our audiences with relevant and useful content.
Through both in-house training and mentoring by senior colleagues, you will broaden and increase your skill set. Therefore, experience is not explicitly required, it’s more important you have a positive mindset and pragmatic attitude.
Gather, review and interpret data from a variety of sources (primary, secondary, academic, news, etc.)
Translate research findings into well-written reports and impactful presentations with a coherent narrative
Compile, synthesise and distribute data from a multitude of sources supporting the creation of insights on our prospective markets and clients
Working closely across multiple departments and building relationships with key stakeholders
Support research, monitoring and collation of competitor activity to develop an ongoing view of threats and opportunities
Support sales developing proposals for new business and with sales materials
Disseminate results from research to inform creation of novel types of content; blogs, audio, video, webinars, etc.
Contribute to content creation in collaboration with other team members
Support development of internal libraries and resource centres for cataloguing research enabling all stakeholders easy access to insights generated
Strong communicator - a proficient storyteller, being able to see through large and varied information sources and convey clear, compelling messages
Collaborative – strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster cross-team collaboration in order to achieve outcomes

You have prior experience within a similar role
An understanding of the Fintech or Digital Health markets
Experience within a digital/mobile agency, technology specialists company
