Waracle is looking for an experienced Client Principal to develop our engagements with some of the UK’s biggest brands in healthcare, financial services and energy verticals.

This position will offer remote working (within the UK) or in office with occasional UK wide travel, and is open to permanent candidates. 

 

As a Client Principal, you’re a relationship-builder and trusted advisor, uncovering opportunities for custom software development and services with potential clients and existing ones alike.

 

While this is a commercial role responsible for managing existing strategic clients and driving business development plans, at Waracle, we pride ourselves on doing the right thing for our clients. Your superpower is opening the door for our thinkers, makers and doers to ask better questions, reach better decisions and develop better solutions for our clients.

 

 

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and execute account growth plans that align with our core services and capabilities in collaboration with Waracle’s technical and delivery leaders.
  • Experience forging trusted-advisor relationships at the highest levels in clients organisations, creating the runway for sustainable growth and demand predictability.
  • Experience in senior revenue-generating roles with a track record of developing client relationships that result in £1-3m of custom software development work or IT consulting.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can influence the board level while having the flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with our teams on complex delivery solutions.
  • You have experience navigating the people and political challenges of developing software in an enterprise environment and know the lifecycle of such engagements.
  • You are technically astute and follow key technology trends and practices, e.g. Enterprise IT Strategy, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Customer Experience, Legacy Modernisation.
  • You can influence decisions and agendas with knowledge of relevant industry trends and client stories on innovation and digital disruption.
  • You combine strategic thinking with the knowledge and skills to execute in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • You lead and motivate teams with creativity, imagination, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • You understand the importance of taking people along on the journey and can influence and coach those around you to orchestrate team success.
  • Drive Waracles thought-leadership on delivery related topics.
