A Client Delivery Partner is a hybrid role that combines leadership of client engagements / change programmes to develop cutting-edge products and solutions, operating as a trusted specialist and advisor to our clients, and account business development and growth. You will have a broad technical or delivery background, great relationship building skills and an account growth mindset. 

 

 

As a Client Delivery Principal at Waracle, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create solutions that not only meet client needs, but resonate on a deeper level, truly understanding their challenges, concerns and aspirations. 
  • Lead a highly technical cross-functional team, maintaining speed of delivery while adhering to software fundamentals and processes. 
  • Promote a positive working environment by understanding team dynamics and ability to anticipate and address potential conflicts. 
  • Build connections with clients, fostering trust, and identifying opportunities for growth based on a deep understanding of our client’s evolving needs and goals.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive work culture that brings out the best in team members and the ability to lead matrix teams in multi partner delivery.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, and fostering a sense of partnership. 
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) pertinent to projects and financial performance, consistently measuring and enhancing software delivery efficiency.
  • Proactively horizon scanning new technologies and how they may play a role in solving client challenges.

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience in technology project delivery and growth, with a mixture of client-side and agency experience.
  • Background working with enterprise Financial Services, delivering large-scale digital services and platforms.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving results.
  • Broad knowledge of software engineering methodologies and the SDLC, with the ability to adapt project management approaches as needed while managing project scope and cost.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in the financial services technology space.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills that allow for effective team motivation, conflict resolution, and collaboration
  • Project management (APM, Prince 2) or technology (ITIL, Cloud Certifications) would be advantageous.

Recruitment process

The recruitment process you can expect for this role is an initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner who will chat with you about Waracle, what you are looking for in a new position, the salary for the role, notice period and benefits (the important stuff!).
After that, will follow a 2 introductory interviews with members of our team. The final interview will involve a presentation task, where you have an opportunity to showcase your technical craft, find out more about the role and show off your skills and experience.
