Waracle is currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to work alongside and support our Accounts team.

This role is pivotal in providing an exceptional level of client engagement and to support our key services accounts. As Account Manager you will be the main day to day contact for our clients, and will be responsible for providing a high level of operational and commercial service to our major accounts across Edinburgh, Glasgow and London.
Your experience will have you well placed to spot opportunities for Waracle to add value, increase the team engagement or advise the client on how Waracle can help solve complex business challenges within their organisation. You will work alongside the Account Director and Project Teams to spot opportunity and inevitably grow the account.
We are looking for a strong team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, has exceptional people skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and streams of work.
ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB DUTIES:
Operates as the main point of contact for assigned customers
Develop long-lasting trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Coordinate and communicate with staff members working on the same account to ensure a consistent service
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Able to work with various teams, departments and people within a variety of organisations
Previous exposure to budgets and commercials OR Forecast and track client account metrics
Excellent time management essential
Proficient administration skills in keeping on track of account admin
Be solutions orientated, with strong problem-solving skills
An interest in technology especially mobile and emerging technologies
Experience working in Financial Services would be beneficial but not a mandatory
