As Account Director you will bring solutions to our key clients and be the value add partner they turn to, to help address complex business problems. You’ll have a relentless focus on up- take / utilisation / success of existing client investments / projects. You’ll take a proactive ownership/management of all issues/support/commercial items and you’ll represent our clients business drivers / strategy within Waracle.

Our teams are based on multiple client sites in both Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and often working remotely at home.
Lead a team of other Client Account Managers, technical support and professional services consultants who will develop and implement complex software solutions.
Responsible for the formulation of strategic account plans and leading execution with rigor and discipline.
Ownership of the formulation of appropriate strategies and measures to secure success, in coordination with all areas of the business.
Build solid relationships and network effectively across leading EMEA Financial Services customers.
Provide a lead role in all aspects of account leadership and coordinates account and business development activities with C level customer alignment.
Develop plans to identify new opportunities within business units that have the potential for further development and execution.
Proactively drive engagement between project teams based on known/defined interest.
Implements all aspects of territory and account management, with focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
Manage and grow partner relationships ecosystem with leading system integrators.
A minimum of 15 years experience in professional client relationship management, ideally leading delivery of Enterprise Solutions into Financial Services customers.
Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry including direction, challenges, technical landscapes and strategy, operating models and governance processes.
Goal oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
Exceptional professional interpersonal and communication skills and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
A background in account management, business management within a technology or digital environment.
The ability to strategically plan at a senior level.
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects.
Keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints.
Responsive, know when to challenge or push and know when to gather data.
